Austin Abourjilie is a former collegiate lacrosse standout and dedicated coach from Greensboro, North Carolina, whose passion for the game has translated into success both on and off the field. During his collegiate career, Austin earned USA South Rookie of the Year honors in 2018 while playing attack at William Peace University — one of the inaugural players recognized with the award in conference history. He was also named First Team All-Conference after leading his team in points, goals, and offensive production during his freshman season.

Throughout his college career, Austin built a reputation as a dynamic scorer, leader, and competitor. After continuing his career at Greensboro College, he earned multiple conference recognitions, including USA South Men's Lacrosse Player of the Week honors and Second Team All-Conference recognition. Known for his relentless work ethic and offensive ability, Austin produced several standout performances including a career-high seven-goal game in conference tournament play and multiple double-digit point performances.

Following his playing career, Austin transitioned into coaching at Northern Guilford High School, with a passion for developing athletes both as players and as people. His coaching style emphasizes accountability, discipline, toughness, teamwork, and leadership while helping athletes maximize their confidence and potential on the field. Drawing from his own collegiate experience and competitive background, Austin is committed to building strong team culture and mentoring the next generation of lacrosse players. In his first season as head coach the team finished 23–7 and Conference tournament champions.
